From Humble Beginnings
Founded in the 80’s in beautiful Byron Bay, the Campbell family first opened the doors to a modest little laundry with nothing more than a few machines, a strong work ethic, and a dream to build something meaningful.
Family-run in the truest sense. We sorted, washed, folded, and delivered, getting to know our customers by name and always going the extra mile. What started as a small family laundry quickly earned a big reputation. As Byron Bay grew into the thriving holiday destination it is today, we grew with it. We saw a need for high-quality, dependable linen services that matched the standard of the incredible homes and holiday properties in the area. Before we knew it, our little laundry had transformed into the trusted linen hire company it is today, proudly supplying fresh, quality linen and baby equipment to many of Byron Bay’s most loved holiday homes. Many of our customers today have been with us from the very start.
While the business has expanded, our values remain the same. We’re still a local family business at heart—rooted in care, quality, and good old-fashioned service. Now with three generations of Campbell’s and an awesome team of long-term locals working 7 days a week, 365 days a year we continue to work tirelessly both in our business and out in the community. As firm believers of giving back to the community that raised us, in our spare time you’ll find us volunteering at a variety of local sporting clubs.

As Byron Bay blossomed into the vibrant holiday destination it is today, we grew right alongside it. We noticed something important. The homes and places to stay became more beautiful. However, there was a real need for a high-quality, reliable linen hire service to match. That’s when we stepped up, evolving from a humble family-run laundry into the trusted business we are today.
Soon, we started supplying fresh, high-quality linen. We provided it to many of Byron Bay’s popular holiday homes and boutique accommodations. Our crisp sheets and neatly folded towels became part of the local holiday experience. We couldn’t be prouder. Some of our customers have been with us since the start. We are truly thankful for each one of them.
Even as the business has grown, our values have stayed the same. We’re still a local, family-run business at heart — grounded in care, quality, and good old-fashioned service. These days, we have three generations of Campbells with us. We also have a great team of local workers. They work hard all day, every day, all year long. Every delivery we make is handled with the same pride and attention as it was when we first started.
We’re more than just a linen hire service — we’re part of the community. When we are not delivering fresh linen or helping hosts, we lend a hand at local sports clubs and community events. We also enjoy the beaches and parks where we grew up. Giving back to the region that raised us is something we care deeply about.
